Contemporary style villa, very spacious and luminous with high standard fittings. From the street a few steps take to the hall and to the open living room with glass doors opening onto the covered terrace and pool. From here there are partial bay views at the far end. From the living room there is access to the open kitchen that has a large dining table and a larder. A side door takes to a covered area with a dining table. The bbq is close to the porch as well as the laundry room. The villa has three bedrooms. A twin -beds pushed together- and two double; each has its ony en suite bath/shower room.
Deposit €500.-
Air conditioning in the bedrooms with a limited y fixed timetable, 21.00h to 09.00h. During the months of July and August the bedrooms will have open air conditioniing 24h.
Air conditioning not available in the living room.
