The kitchen is completely equipped and has a breakfast dining area, walk in pantry with an extra fridge/freezer and two separate patio side doors open to the covered BBQ dining terrace. WIFI through all the property. Laundry room. There is a bathroom close to the pool with a spacious shower. Two twin bedrooms, each with built in wardrobes; both have garden views and share an adjoining bathroom.

From the hall stairs lead to the first floor were we find three bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a walk-in closet with fitted wardrobes and the opulent full en-suite bath/shower room. French doors open to spacious private upper sun terrace with sun-loungers, chairs and table and with poolside and garden views.
We also find two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a covered sunset terrace with armchairs and sofa, sharing an adjacent full bathroom with wet-in shower.
There is another twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with wet-in shower and garden views.


The magnificent swimming pool with children pool has tiled steps, terracotta stone flagged furnished sun terrace with twelve modern reclining sun lounger, large Day-Bed for four persons and shading palms and beach-style parasols, brick built BBQ, covered al-fresco dining area with WIFI, grassed area near the pool, fruit groves and surrounding the villa are acres of land with mature Palms, Almond and Olive trees providing a very natural countryside ambience for the children to safely roam about and play. Relax and enjoy a refreshing evening cocktail whilst watching the unforgettable flame red sunsets from the upper terraces. Table tennis also is provided.
Air-conditioning and central heating in all rooms. With fixed and limited timetable.
