Its crystal-clear waters and diverse marine life make its coves a world-renowned destination for scuba diving. In Portopetro, you will find the coves Caló dels Homes Morts and Caló de Sa Torre, with their crystal-clear waters and fine sand. Nearby, you can enjoy the Mondragó Natural Park, with the beaches of S’Amarador, Mondragó, and Caló des Burgit, where you can stroll along its trails and discover spectacular views and unspoiled nature.

Es Balcó is a terraced house distributed over 3 floors plus a rooftop that holds the utility room. On the ground floor is the living area with a spacious kitchen, a living room with a dining area, and a balcony where you can enjoy meals with beautiful views of the port.
The four bedrooms are located on the first floor. One bedroom has a double bed, en-suite shower-room and access to a balcony with spectacular views of Porto Petro; the ideal place to relax simply enjoying the views or reading your favorite book. The second bedroom also has a double bed and en-suite shower-room.
The last two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, share a separate shower-room.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room with fixed and limited hours. 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
Steps take up to the rooftop where is the laundry room with the washing machine.
From the ground floor, steps go down to the lower level or sea level, where there is a shower-room and a small sitting room with access to the outside. From here, built-in steps lead down to the escars (traditional boathouses typical of Portopetro)and to the sea.
NOTE: Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not accepted.
