Villa Martin is a one-storey house with a private pool. The house offers an open living/dining room with French doors opening onto the pool area. The separate kitchen is spacious, well equipped and has a breakfast table. From the kitchen there is access to the laundry area. Martin offers three bedrooms. One with a double bed, direct access to the pool area and an en-suite shower-room. The other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, share a separate shower-room.
There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms.
