Location
This villa has a very good location as is set in a quiet residential area only 3 minutes walk to the stylish Cala D'Or marina with restaurants, cafeterias, a supermarket and some boutiques. The beautiful sandy coves Cala Egos and Caló des Pou are about 1km. away. Cala D’Or centre is approx. 1.5km. away and offers a pedestrian area with a wide variety of restaurants, pubs with live music, shops and several lovely sandy coves such as Cala Gran and Cala D’Or. Here you can practice water sports or take an excursion and discover the pretty south east coast with a sailing boat or the glass bottom boat. The charming seaside town of Porto Petro is only 4 minutes drive away.
The villa
Villa Juan is a two storey villa ideal for a family or a group of friends that wishes to stay in a quiet area yet close to the exclusive Cala D’Or marina. From the garden a few steps lead us to the covered terrace and to the entrance. From the hall we access to a the open living/dining area with an open plan kitchen. From the living/dining area there is direct access to the front covered terrace. The kitchen has a breakfast area with access to the exterior. This floor also boasts a double bedroom and a separate bathroom. From the hall stairs lead us to the upper floor that offers a twin bedroom and a double bedroom share a separate shower room. The double bedroom has a sitting area and access to a sun terrace where you will find the washing machine.
The villa offers air conditioning cold/warm in the living/dining room and all bedrooms.
The exterior
The property is fenced and offers a swimming pool (8m x 4m) with a small terrace with sun beds by the pool; the ideal spot to refresh during the long summery day. There are little lawned areas with an old wild olive tree that provides a nice shade for the warmest days of the summer. There is also a lovely covered terrace overlooking the pool area with a dining table and a portable barbecue for “al fresco” dining.
