Forti 57 is a spacious whitewashed villa with wonderful bright natural light and large windows bringing in views of the sea. On the ground floor there is a long lounge and a raised dining space with several sets of double doors to access the sea-facing terrace. The kitchen counts with a small breakfast table and a larder. French doors lead out to a side covered terrace with a brick-built barbecue. On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower-room, dressing area and double doors onto the sea-terrace. There is also a guest toilet on this floor. On the first floor there are three twin bedrooms that open out onto the terrace looking over the sea. One of these rooms has an en-suite bathroom and the other two share a separate shower-room.

The outside enjoys the most asthonishing sea views. The garden edges, the rocky shoreline really makes the most of its beautiful outlook. There's a swimming pool with a sun-terrace, a lawned area and sun beds to enjoy the long summery days. The garden has gate closing it off from the shore. Covered terrace with a dining table to enjoy delicious "al fresco" meals overlooking the pool area and the open sea. There is a barbecue. This property has a gated driveway.
