Semi detached-villa with three floors. From the front of the house 5 steps lead down to the entrance of the villa, which opens to the street level floor (middle floor). On this level there is an open lounge dining area with access to the terrace. Kitchen, utility room are accessed from the dining area. Guest toilett. From here steps to the first floor lead to a bedroom with single bed and en suite shower room. This bedroom has acces to two terraces.
From the entrance level, steps down to the lower floor where there is a double room with en suite shower room and two twin bedrooms that share a separate bathroom. All these bedrooms have access to the pool terrace.
