2-Storey apartment. From the door there is access to an open area with kitchen area -with a dining table-, and living room with access to a balcony with frontal garden views and side partial sea views. On this floor there is a twin bedroom and a separate shower room -with the washing machine-. An open spiral staircase -without handrail, not suitable for children or erdely people- takes to the upper floor where there is a bedroom with a double bed -two mattresses toghether-, and a separate shower-room.
Community pool overlooking the sea and direct access to the sea with ladder on the rocks. Well kept garden with lawned areas has many pine trees that give a fresh atmosphere to the Ferrera Park.
