Paula is located in Porto Colom, a fishing port where is still possible to see the fishermen repairing the nets on the dock. About 800m. away from the house there is supermarket, a few local shops, a bank, a chemist and approx. 1.5km. away is the harbour; a charming place to enjoy walks by the sea. This locality offer several sandy coves, Cala Marçal approx. 3 minutes drive and S'Arenal within 10 minutes drive.

Paula is an ideal villa for families or small groups. From the hall there is access to a comfortable living room with patio doors opening to the covered terrace and pool area. The kitchen is spacious, well equipped and counts with a dining table. A side door access to the pool area. There are three bedrooms, a double and a twin bedroom that share a separate shower room. The last one is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom -bathtub with Jacuzzi-.
Lovely covered terrace overlooking the pool with a retractable owning, a table and chairs to enjoy delicious "al fresco meals" cooked at the brick built barbecue. The pool has a Jacuzzi area (with a limited timetable). There is a sun terrace at one side of the pool with sun beds. At the other side of the pool there is a lawned area ideal for the kids to play and run around with a palm tree and a carob tree that provides a nice shade for the hottest summer days.
Note: The owners leave in the semi-basement. They have a different entrance and don't access to the villa, neither to the pool area.
