Amagat is a modern country house situated in a peaceful rural area, only 2.5 km. away to the small inland town of Villafranca de Bonany in the plain central Mallorca; perfect for the people who wish to experience the living in the inland. Villafranca is typical agricultural town of 3.000 inhabitants that is known by the colourful stands located in the old road that crosses the town, where you can buy vegetables and fruit cultivated in the area. You will find restaurants to enjoy Mediterranean and typical dishes of the area, local shops, banks etc. You can visit the estate Els Calderers with a Manor house built in the XVII century approx. 500m away from the house and 2 km. away from the town is the hermitage of Bonany. The small villages Petra and San Joan are a short drive away. Palma de Mallorca is approx. 20 minutes drive. The pretty sandy beach at Son Serra de Marina, Colonia de Sant Pere and even Porto Cristo with the well known Caves del Drach are approx. 20/25 minutes drive.

Amagat is a charming luminous country house that enjoys wonderful views to the outside from every corner of the house. Amagat that combines perfectly the modern and rustic style, has polished concrete floors and some pretty pieces of old furniture that have been reconverted to an island kitchen or a small bathroom cabinet. From the hall there is direct access into an open living/dining/kitchen. It has comfortable sofas by the closed fireplace, a beautiful dining table and an island kitchen. Large sliding doors connect to the terraces that allows the entrance of a lot of natural light and the views of the surroundings. Amagat counts with three bedrooms. The master bedroom with integrated bathroom has a large double bed, bathroom with bath and a separated shower, open dressing area and doors to the pool area. The other two bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom share a shower room. The wardrobe of these two bedrooms is the corridor.

The exterior offers relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. There are pine trees at the front and open country views at the back. Covered terrace at the front and side of the house with an outside dining area to enjoy delicious "al fresco" meals cooked at the portable barbecue. There is also a sitting area to relax, read your favourite book and to enjoy the views, the peace of the area and the trill of the birds. The pool area is wonderful with a chill-out bed overlooking the open fields, an infinity pool with Roman steps -steps area with Jacuzzi- (pool 3.5m x 12m. Depth min. 0.97 max. 1.40m). Comfortable sun loungers around the pool to enjoy the long summery days. The exterior counts with a play ground area with a small "casita".
