Brigth hoouse located near the centre of of Cala Egos near, a part of Cala d'Or, Mar I Mar is a good for families and groups seeking a classic beach holidays. The villa is approx. 300 metres from Cala Egos beach, so you can head off for days on the sand without needing a car. You can also practice sports, as there are a few paddle courts beside the vila, and tennis courts 700m. away.

Mar i Mar is a well equipped two-storey villa. The interior has an open-plan sitting-dining room linking to a sleek American-style kitchen fitted with all the modern conveniences. The ground floor has two bedrooms, a double and a twin bedroom (beds one beside the other) that share a separate shower-room. Patio doors from the living area open onto an elevated terrace overlooking the front garden. Stairs from the kitchen lead to the first floor, with two bedrooms, a double and a single -the single bedroom has access to a balcony- therer are a shower-room and a bathroom. There is also a second sitting area with a sofa bed, together with another terrace.
