Aguait is a two-storey country house. Living room / dining room with French windows from which we can see beautiful panoramic views of the surroundings. From the dining room there is direct access to the covered terrace where you can enjoy “al fresco” meals. Rustic style kitchen with a table for breakfast. On the ground floor there is also a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a guest toilet, the laundry room and a fitness room next to the kitchen. From the entrance hall stairs lead up to the first floor where there are two en-suite bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. There is also a covered furnished terrace with great views of the pool and surrounding area.
AA/CC cold/warm in the bedrooms with a limited timetable.
Steps on the side of the house lead down to the pool area. Well-kept lawned area in which we find some centenary olive trees. The pool with surrounding sun terrace animate to swim and sun bathing. Pure relax. Covered terrace by the pool with brick built barbecue a table and chairs. There is also a complete shower room.
