SituationVilla Capricorn is situated in Cala Egos/Cala D'Or only 50m. away to the sandy cove of Caló d'es Pou. In a few minutes by foot you can reach the centre of Cala Egos with supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants, or the beautiful marina of Cala D'Or. The bustling tourist resort of Cala d'Or, with shoping streets, restaurants, bars with live musicand nightlife is at only 4 km.
The VillaThis cosy villa has only a ground floor. The comfortable living room has got a direct access to the pool area. Two steps take to the open dining room. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and microwave. There a 4 twin rooms. The first has an suite shower room and the other two share a bathroom. The last one has a separate entrance from the terrace and en suite shower room. Close to the entrance, there is another shower room For your added convenience, there is an utility room with washing mashine.
Air conditioning in all bedrooms with a limited timetable from 18:00-01:30 & 05:30- 09:00.
OutsideThe charming covered terrace is perfect for al fresco meals. you can refresh at the pool and relax at the surrounding sun terraces with sunbeds and palm trees that offer a lovely shade. The tennis table for the fun all of the family.
